Terms and conditions

The client will have the right to receive the bonus once and only for one account.

• This bonus will be available for the first deposit only.
• After the first withdrawal, all bonuses will be canceled.
• If the client has multiple accounts, he can get the bonus in one account only.
• A client can get only one bonus from one IP address. If the bonus is credited to more than one account opened from one IP, it will only remain in the account from which the request was first placed. The bonus will be cut off from other accounts.
• An Internal Transfer between accounts will not be considered as a deposit. As a result, an application for a bonus for a deposit by internal transfer may not be submitted.
• The promotion is available for Standard & VIP accounts only. It is not available for ECN.
• The client must fund his/her account and submit a bonus request to the support service.
• Only closed non-zero transactions will be counted.
• If the assets of the account (equity) decrease to reach the level of the bonus amount, the positions shall be closed automatically.
• Internal transfer between accounts, funds withdrawals from the trading account is forbidden until the lots' requirements are achieved.
• If any client withdraws funds before fulfilling the lot requirements, the bonus will be suspended.
• If the authority of SMART FX ECN suspects that the client misuses the rules of the offer or tries to misuse them, SMART FX ECN may refuse, suspend or recall the bonus. Even SMART FX ECN may block the client's account when necessary. (Trading will be prohibited, transactions will be canceled, the initial deposit will be returned by bank transfer)
• If SMART FX ECN suspects that the client misuses the promotion rules by securing his/her position inside (using other SMART FX ECN trading accounts) or outside (using other trading accounts with another broker) SMART FX ECN reserves the right, without the customer's consent and the full reminds, to immediately withdraw this bonus from the customer's trade account or from the hedged account (trading will be prohibited, transactions will be canceled, the initial deposit will be returned by bank transfer).
• In case of abuse and violation of the rules, the company can rebuke the bonus.
